The poster featured here inspired me to create a new section in Digital Cuppa, featuring pieces of advertising work that are simply God-awful. So congratulations A-Team – no prison may be able to hold you but you’ll forever be my inaugural post, shaming the worst adland has to offer.

A couple of creatives have clearly just thought, “The football’s on and people like that! Let’s put, for no apparent reason, the A-Team and a few bad looking helicopters in….Wembley Stadium! Then we’ll crowbar in a strapline to make it a bit more relevant….how about Time for a Shootout….no, not good enough….There’s No Substitute – genius!”

Dreadful.
